REFUND RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final after fulfillment.

If a mistake was made within your order, refunds will be issued in store credit and sent to the email attached to your customer account!

If looking to cancel your order, you must reach out through email 24 hours after order placement. Anytime after those 24 hours, the cancellation cannot occur as we have already started fulfilling your order. If orders have been fulfilled before 24 hours, cancellation can not occur.  Order cancelations will be charged a cancellation fee!

In the event, of international orders (anywhere outside of the US), you are charged a customs fee and are unable to pay. A partial refund may be issued (In the form of store credit) if and only if the package is returned. If the package gets lost or is abandoned due to not paying the customs fees, we can not issue a refund.
