PROCESSING, SHIPPING, & DELIVERY

WE PROVIDE DOMESTIC SHIPPING TO THE US

All orders are processed, and shipped as soon as possible. There is a maximum 2-week processing time depending on order volume. 

After the processing of your order is complete, the package will be shipped by USPS in most cases. All orders come with tracked shipping to ensure customers can easily track orders as well as Katie's Mystic Crystals

Some packages may require a signature upon arrival. If you are not home on delivery day you may receive a notification to collect your package. If you fail to collect your package from the carrier and it is returned to us after a mandatory hold period, you will not receive a refund of any kind. In the instance that the package is returned to us, we will contact you to make arrangements for a redelivery at your expense.

All orders are packed with bubble wrap, air pillows (sometimes), and tissue paper to ensure your crystals arrive safely. Even though we do our best to ensure that your crystals arrive safely,  they may be damaged during shipment. If this happens you may be eligible for store credit.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. These are all determining factors to the shipping costs, which, unfortunately, can not be controlled as they are automatically calculated by USPS and UPS. 

Once product is in shipping, we have no control over delivery times.

Once product is in shipping, Katie’s Mystic Crystals is no longer responsible for your package. Any lost packages, or theft is not our, Katie’s Mystic Crystals, responsibility and we can not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We are not responsible for any customs/borders taxes or fees that you may have to pay if you are international.

Only exception is if the team at Katie’s Mystic Crystals has made a mistake with the information provided to us.
